Bamboo Fly Rods, Fly Rod Building Components, Silk Fly Line, and Accessories

Terms at Brasstown Creek are:

All prices and payments are in US Dollars.

Sales and Shipping is limited to within the United States.  Any sales and/or shipping outside the United States must be agreed upon prior to said sales and/or shipping. Any Customs charges are the responsibility of the Customer.

Stock merchandise will be shipped within one to three business days.  Shipping dates of non-stock merchandise will vary, but will be discussed with customer and will be mutually agreed upon.

Payment is accepted by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Pay Pal.  Note that all credit cards are processed through our account with Pay Pal thus allowing us to accept a wider variety of cards.

Shipping costs are separate from the sale price and will be added to the total cost to the Customer.  Merchandise may be shipped requiring signature at the discretion of either Brasstown Creeek or the Customer. With the exception of rods, rod tubes, and other selected heavy or large items, Brasstown Creek will normally ship using US Priority Mail (insured). A small box will be $8.00 USD; this method will normally (but not always) cover the shipping of any products other than rods and rod tubes.

Special Shipping Note for Brasstown Creek's Bamboo Fly Rods:  Brasstown Creek's Bamboo Fly Rods are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, insured and with Signature Required.  Please let us know the name of the person that will be signing for the fly rod if that person is different from the name you have in Pay Pal.  We pack our Bamboo Fly Rods inside a 3" diameter plastic tube approximately 40" long to insure safe shipping.  Please be sure to keep this shipping container should you need to return the rod in accordance with our Warranty (see Warranty page).

Sales Tax will be applied to the cost of merchandise as appropriate.

Returns must be arranged prior to Customer shipping back to Brasstown Creek.

Customer purchases from Brasstown Creek serve as proof of Customer agreement to any and all Terms, Warranties, etc. expressed in this website.  Brasstown Creek reserves the right to decline sales should we choose to do so.
