Bamboo Fly Rods, Fly Rod Building Components, Silk Fly Line, and Accessories

Brasstown Creek's Merchandise and Product Warranty policy is simple.  Our Merchandise and Products will be as promised or we will repair it, replace it, or refund your money, at our discretion.

If Merchandise return is due to product defect, Brasstown Creek will pay for the return shipping/insurance.  For all other returns, the Customer will pay return shipping/insurance.  As information,

Within 30 days of purchase but prior to use, you may return Merchandise for any reason and we will refund your product cost, less shipping/insurance.  If the reason for the return is product defect, we will pay the shipping/insurance.  In all cases, the Customer must make prior arrangements with Brasstown Creek before shipping.

After use, our return policy is as follows:

1. Our Custom made rods are warranted against defects for two years from purchase.  Rods carrying this two year warranty will be identified in the product's description.

2. All other rods are warranted against defects for one year from purchase.

3. All other merchandise is warranted against defects for 90 days from purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Special Shipping Note for Brasstown Creek's Bamboo Fly Rods:  Brasstown Creek's Bamboo Fly Rods are shipped to our Customers via USPS Priority Mail, insured and with Signature Required.  Should you need to return one of our rods, whether before or after use (as described above) it MUST be properly packed and returned in the same shipping tube it came in (to protect the rod during shipping) and the package must be insured for the purchase price, tracked, and require Signature at delivery.  We suggest using USPS Priority Mail.  Contact Brasstown Creek before arranging for any returns.

Brasstown Creek strives to insure that all descriptions, prices, and all other information developed by Brasstown Creek are correct and current.  But in any event, Brasstown creek reserves the right to correct errors in price, description, billing and any other information where errors are found.  Brasstown Creek's liability related to such corrections is limited to the refund of the customer's purchase price upon the customer's return of the merchandise (if we have already shipped it).

Brasstown Creek works diligently to insure that all information shown on this website is accurate.  But all information can not be guaranteed and opinions are simply opinions.  Brasstown Creek will attempt to quickly correct any errors brought to our attention; Brasstown Creek has no liability related to the Customer or visitor's use of such information.

Brasstown Creek maintains a list of links which we think our Customers will find useful.  We attempt to check these regularly to insure the links are still valid.  We do not, however, have any responsibility or liability relating to the content of those links nor to the Customer or visitor's use of that information.
